1. Before disassembly, the instrument shall be used for testing and testing to find out whether there is any short-circuit, broken line and other faults between the windings to determine the scope of maintenance; In the process of disassembly, it is more accurate to determine the overhaul content by removing, inspecting, measuring and recording.

2. Set the reset mark on the line head, end cover, brush holder and so on, so that the assembly can be finished after repair.

3. Be careful not to damage the motor parts and mating surfaces, especially to protect the working surfaces of the commutator.
